GI Bill® Dive Courses:

You can use your G.I. Bill® to pay for many of our scuba courses. We offer a wide selection of programs from which you can choose. Are you interested in learning to dive, improve your diving skills, and becoming a dive professional? The G.I. Bill® can help you accomplish this. Professional Dive Programs:

This series of programs provide you with different levels of professional dive training. Contact us to learn more about the details of each of these programs.

Programs Offered:
  • Rescue Diver Program: Learn the basics of being a diver and learn how to watch out for other divers. This program is a pre-requisite for many of the others and is a common starting point for many beginning divers or non-divers.
  • Divemaster Program: Further improve your diving skills and learn about working with divers. This program is one of the most popular. In it you will expand your dive skills and knowledge while working with other divers and our experienced instructors.
  • Discover Scuba Diving Leader: Learn to independently conduct the Discover Scuba Diving course. In this course, you will be trained in the proper procedures for conducting a DSD as a divemaster.
  • Open Water Scuba Instructor: Learn to teach the core scuba classes. In this course, you will be trained in the PADI system of dive instruction. Upon completion, you will be eligible to attend the Instructor Examination.
  • Master Scuba Diver Trainer Program: Learn to teach specialty courses. In this program, you will learn how to teach a selection of popular specialty courses. Upon completion, you will met the academic requirements to apply for your MSDT certification.
  • Specialty Instructor Program: Learn to teach additional speciality courses. In this program, you will learn how to teach an additional set of different specialty courses. These specialty courses are recommended for Public Safety Divers.
  • Instructor Development Course Staff Instructor: Learn how to teach instructors. In this course, you will learn the basics of instructor development.

Technical Diving Instructor Programs:

This series of programs focuses on diving in technical equipment or conducting technical or overhead dives. Contact us to learn more about the details of each of these programs.

Programs Offered:
  • Sidemount Instructor Program: Learn about open water sidemount diving and equipment configurations. In this program, you will learn the basics of sidemount diving through advanced sidemount teaching techniques and procedures.
  • Tec Sidemount Instructor Program: Learn about technical open water sidemount diving and equipment configurations. In this program, you will first learn the basics of technical diving in the sidemount configuration. Then you will learn teaching techniques to teach limited technical diving in the sidemount configuration.
  • Cavern Instructor Program: Learn how to dive in the overhead environment and teach the Cavern Diver Specialty. In this program, you will learn basic through advanced overhead diving procedures as well as how to certify Cavern Divers.
  • Tec Deep Instructor Program: Learn about technical diving and technical diving instruction. In this program, you will first learn the basics of technical diving. Then you will learn teaching techniques to teach deep technical diving to your students.
  • Tec Trimix Instructor Program: Learn about technical trimix diving and technical trimix diving instruction. In this program, you will first learn the basics of technical trimix diving. Then you will learn teaching techniques to teach trimix technical diving to your students.

Diving Medical Programs:

This series of courses educates the professional diver in many of the aspects of diving first aid and medical response. Contact us to learn more about the details of each of these programs.

Courses Offered:
  • Emergency First Response Instructor: Learn how to teach the Emergency First Response Course. EFR is a commonly taught basic course that many divers take. Qualified, experienced instructors are need to teach them.
  • DAN Diving First Aid for Professionals: Learn basic through advanced first aid and CPR techniques to apply in the diving environment. Professional divers must quickly and effectively respond to foreseeable diving medical emergencies. This course provides you that knowledge.
  • DAN Instructor Qualification Course: Learn how to teach the series of DAN diving medical courses. In this course, you will become qualified to teach the commonly conducted DAN diving medical courses.
  • DAN Instructor Trainer Course: Learn for to train new DAN instructors. In this course, you will become a DAN diving medical instructor trainer.

This series of programs will train you to service different types of commonly used scuba equipment. Contact us to learn more about the details of each of these programs.

Programs Offered:
  • Gas Blender Technician: Learn how to blend enriched air and trimixes. In this course, you will learn about the fundimentals of gas blending and cylinder cleaning.
  • Regulator Service Technician 1: Learn about repairing different regulators and basic air system repairs. In this program, you will learn the basics of maintaining the air system, servicing the regulators from a selected manufacturer, and servicing a selected full facemask.
  • Regulator Service Technician 2: Learn about repairing different regulators and basic air system repairs. In this program, you will learn the basics of maintaining the air system, servicing the regulators from a different selected manufacturer, and servicing a selected different full facemask.
  • Trimix Gas Blender Instructor: Learn how to train others to blend enriched air and trimixes. In this course, you will learn how to train your students in the various techniques used to blend gases as well as oxygen clean cylinders and other related pieces of scuba equipment.
  • Cylinder Technician: Learn how to inspect and service cylinders. In this program you will learn how to inspect cylinders, service valves, conduct eddy current tests, and more.

Public Safety Diver Programs:

This is series of programs will educate you in the various techniques employed by public safety divers. Contact us to learn more about the details of each of these programs.

Programs Offered:
  • Public Safety Diver: Learn about conducting rescues in the public safety diving environment. In this program, you will learn many of the basic public safety diving rescure and response techniques. This program helps prepare you for later public safety diving programs.
  • Advanced Public Safety Diver: Learn additional advanced public safety diving techniques. In this course, you will learn additional, more complex techniques that you can employ while conducting public safety dives.
  • Public Safety Diver Instructor: Learn how to train Public Safety Divers. In this program, you will learn how to teach several specialties public safety divers commonly need to use as well as how to teach the public safety diver course.
  • Underwater Criminal Investigator: Learn basic evidence and victim recovery techniques. In this course, you will learn multiple techniques to search for, locate, and recover evidence and victims from underwater.
  • Master Underwater Criminal Investigator: Learn advanced evidence and victim recovery techniques. In this program, you will learn multiple advanced techniques to search for, locate, and recover evidence and victims from underwater. This program focuses on the recovery of vehicles, underwater metal detector use, advanced evidence recovery techniques, and advanced victim recovery techniques.
  • Tec 30 Public Safety Diver: Learn how to conduct deeper public safety dives. In this program, you will learn how to apply public safety techniques in deeper water.
  • Tec 40 Public Safety Diver: Learn how to conduct public safety dives that are beyond rec diving limits. In this program, you will learn how to apply public safety techniques in deep water that moves the diver beyond recreational limits in to the realm of technical diving.
  • Mixed Gas Deep Tec Public Safety Diver: Learn how to conduct technical trimix public safety dives. In this program, you will learn how to apply public safety techniques in deep water that requires the diver to use trimixes to accomplish the dive objectives.
  • UCI Field Commander: Learn how to lead a public safety dive operation. In this course, you will learn how to plan, direct, and accomplish safe public safety dives.
